Beginner's Tai Chi Mind-Body Exercise Class
Mondays, Jan. 23 through Apr. 24
Registration required, admission free
- 9:00am: Beginner’s Class - for those new to Tai Chi, learn the 13 fundamental techniques.
- 10:00am: Intermediate Class - will serve as a refresher course for those previously trained in Tai Chi.
Dawud Hasan will be back to present a weekly Tai Chi Mind-Body Exercise class for 13 weeks. This is an on-going/continuous class, please plan to be at each of the weekly classes, January 23 through April 24, 2023.
Registration will begin January 3 and will end on January 19, unless classes fill prior to that date.
