Tai Chi Mind-Body Exercise Class (Class if full)

Mondays, Sept. 12 through Dec. 5 at 9:00 am  •  Ages: Adult 18+

The Library welcomes back Dawud Hasan to present a 13-week Tai Chi Mind-Body Exercise class.
You will learn one of the 13 fundamental techniques of Tai Chi each week.

Registration for the complete course is required. Please plan to attend all sessions.
