Can I return materials to an Horry County library branch?
Yes. The County has a courier that comes by our library twice a week and delivers items back to us. Horry County does not have the ability to check in items from your account however. Nope. Chapin Memorial Library is not affiliated with, or linked to any other library system. That includes the Horry County Library system.
Can someone else besides me pick up a hold with my card?
