Digital Library Card Application

Can't visit the library in person? Take advantage of the fantastic online offerings from your public library including eBooks, eMagazines, research dabases, and more!

Apply for a free, temporary "digital only" library card by completing the form below. Users can upgrade their "digital only" library cards to a full-access "physical" library cards by visiting Chapin Memorial Library in-person to complete the registration process.

Digital library cards are subject to the same registration criteria as physical library cards. Expiration dates vary. Once approved your new library barcode number and PIN will be emailed to you. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. (See current library hours.)

If you have any questions, or if you already have an existing library card that no longer works, please contact us through our website.
