All posters (new and pre-existing card-holders) will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 2 gift cards. And now with our updated policy, all Horry County residents, US Military personel (active or veterans), Myrtle Beach City Employees, and Palmetto Consotium members can now get a free Chapin Memorial Library card.
