Training in meditation and mind-body awareness that will teach you how to slow down, set priorities, stay calm, focused and relaxed during a busy life.
Program led by Wendy Bass, Recreation Leader/Fitness Instructor and One Day to Wellness Coach.
Registration will begin on Monday, April 22 at 9:00am and will end on Monday, May 6 @ 11:30 unless filled prior to the ending date.
